i think cullyvan is trying to say that people dont have rights, we dont have the right to anything all we have is privelages. hence the title of the album this song is "Music has the right to children", hard to defend your constitutionally protected rights if you dont have any to begin with. if i ever serve as a juror on a cencorship case they will rue the day i ever stood foot on that panel.
