Adagio for babe :P

2nd piece of my demo album I'm working on, hopefully should be finished by may 2009 or so and recorded over the summer of 09. The album will probably be completely fingerstyle.

Sorry about the poor sound quality, it was recorded using the mic of a digital camera. They don't take well to bass unfortunately.

Next song should be up in the next 6 weeks or so.

  • pretty good, but it's not 8 finger tapping.

  • True, I should have posted it as 2 hand style or piano style. My apologies!

Thanks for watching, lately I have started doing proper 8 finger style such as Jean Baudin style. I just learned the Tetris theme tune for 8 fingers bass, typical I know :P

  • ya bollox ya ya fucking cunt

  • one finger fingering? seriously?

  • Cant help but notice every time you use one finger to pluck the strings. Other than that, from what i heard this was a nice listen. The tapping starting at 1:28 being my favorite just for the tone of the notes there.

    Nice job

  • maith thú!

  • Never watched this to the tapping part I think but I liked that part quite a bit =]

  • awesome playing dude, good to see a bass player of your skill in ireland, keep it up

  • Nice to see you're in the 6 string club :D!! I really liked this dude, my only remark is that first fast tapping part comes in pretty suddenly. Maybe use that pattern slowly at first then speed it up gradualy? Either way I look forward to hearing your material once it's recorded!

and I should be posting bass I wrote for Andy Mckee's "Drigting" soon, I'll let you know!

  • Good stuff man, cheers from the Nile board.

  • i like it but the only thing i could ask is that you try and clean up the sound a bit. other than that htough its really good
