A little more on the gear system and u would have alot more voltage ,I make my pulleys out of 3/4" plywood ,that way there is no limit on the voltage. Your set on the rpms your gettin so increase the drive pulley make your own,I wished had a supply of running water would the same thing .Thanks for sharing

you really need to increase the ratio that size wheel should have enough torq to turn the gererator faster that that.
