Chef Nobi (Sushi Sasabune - West Los Angeles, Studio City, New York, & Honolulu) shares his story about how he became a sushi chef and entrepneur in the land of opportunity. Chef Nobi and his colleagues helped popularize sushi in Southern California which in turn popularized sushi through the rest of North America
