I love my Bachmann Class 47 with sound so much my lovely wife bought me a new Bachmann Class 37 large logo split headcode with SOUND !! She's too good to me !!Wasn't overly impressed with the initial sound so i have fitted a bass enhanced 20x40mm speaker from DCC supplies which does the job just nice once CV63 was cranked up to 64, let me know what you think ? Still getting used to my new Hornby Elite and the faff of switching on and off functions so bare with me ;-)

  • Very nice.. As mush as I like to take advatage of the room, i like to stand up, kills the knees and back for me. Nice though, loving the HST125

  • @midrange18 Thanks ! Need to get it finished before i get any older lol !

  • is this on the floor of your loft if so how come you didnt build a baseboard nice thx

  • @pyronathanpyro Yes its on the floor of the loft because it maximises the area of the layout. This is because the roof naturally slopes the higher it gets so if you build it on the floor the bigger the layout you can have !

  • what digital controller are you using and how to you make your track so dead straight and even

  • @jmsschooner I use the Hornby Elite DCC unit. There are better but for the price and features you can't go wrong. If i'm honest i did the track by eye but wish i hadn't been so fussy. Real track isn't as uniform.........
