There are still so many other positives about this machine. I am sure that this is something that Provocraft will work out in future updates.

I just got my Imagine for Christmas. I have not had very much time to play with it yet. I did notice though that there is something that we can do to change the borders. I'm not yet sure what it does though. Do you know if that fixes this problem?
Thanks,
Lori

I'm pretty speechless....I received a demo CD in the mail for the Imagine and I'm pretty sure they even said you can change the colors :o( VERY deceiving...

That is why I own a Black Cat Cougar. It is not number 1 on the world comparison chart for nothing. For a similar price I can do anything without cartridges that I can imagine and more. It cuts anything including metal, embosses and engraves.
After watching this the only thing I can say is why?

I have not recd my Imagine yet. I greatly appreciate your video. I think with any new product there are always things that need tweeked. I am sure that Provo Craft was more interested in getting the Imagine in consumers hands and letting us be the beta testers. Thanks again for your video.

Thanks for sharing! I wouldn't be happy with that either. I would send it back because that's too much money to be frustrated with a product that doesn't work as advertised. Nothing ticks for off more than that!

I chose not to purchase the Imagine...seems to me that it is more time consuming that just grabbing some paper, your Expression, and a cartridge...this looks very frustrating...

im sure they will be working on that

that is whats supposed to happen

What a wonderful video to let us know that we can find the mistakes and they can't!
is there a "send to back" option. I know the photo editing software I use does the same thing you're showing. Im not familiar with Cricut but I thought I would put it out there.
Hope your issues get resolved!

@chungis61804 No, there isn't a function like that. I use Photoshop and I use that function all the time. You would think for a $500 piece of equipment they would have that ability built in.
