What do you with the part of the factory that they own if somebody leaves the worker owned factory.

@TheWhiteWire When employees leave the Evergreen cooperative they give up ownership in the business and the cash value in their capital accounts (representing their portion of the profits from the business) is returned to them.

So what I would do is join your company pressure you to sell it (from outside) take my share of the sale price join another co-op and put that in a position to sell ad infinitum.
