I hope TCB Anime its made for the same studio and
director than the Monster anime, since the faithfullness in that work was awesome. DeathNote ended for me the day i saw the Anime... they were 2 different worlds... the manga was clever and make you think about the moral issues with a aseptical and clean vision, but the anime was more "Death Note its evil, someone who uses it, will become a devil himself" and "killing its cool, Kira its great since its has so many power and its so evil"...

That's what it says in the official movie page. In 2008 it will be in -japanese- cinemas.

Me too, i'm a big fan of Urasawa and i can't wait to see a 20thB anime.
With Monster, we also had to wait, but it was worth it...
