I'm in the Wind Ensemble for my high school and we're learning this song right now! We just started working on this part of the song today and it's so much fun!! If we play this at the Heritage Fesetival it's gonna be amazing!!

It's an amazingly powerful rendition of a song by a composer who died tragically as a result of the Turkish holocaust of his Armenian nation in 1915-1923. You have brought him to life through Alfred Reed's interpretation. Bravo!
I'm in the state honors band in Wi, too! :) The clarinet soli around 0:50 to 1:07 is beast! This piece of music is all around fantastic for the whole ensemble. :D

wow, we're playing this in our wind ensemble, and we're nowhere near this pace, but I can still barely play it right. 0_o
