I love banitsa. My grandma made stellar banitsa. My mom can too, but nowadays she can't be bothered so she uses gotovi kori, and obviously that doesn't even compare. I've been wondering if it possible to make banitsa like the kopeshki ones, where they have a different consitency. My mom tells me they use more vinegar in the dough but that they also have special ovens. I want to make it myself! YUM
