@9adam83 The DVR harddrive was left alone with the Costco security geek for 24 hours and the time block that held the truth was mysteriously "inactive" just for that time block. In other words, he deleted the footage to cover his ass and the cop's ass who shot the guy in the back less than 3 seconds after the order was given to get on the ground.

Also, if Scott was acting out of control inside the store, WHERE IS THE VIDEO? I also love how one of the 3 officers is now under FELONY investigation for providing a gun to a felon! METRO is out of control and this is just the begining! Also, COSTCO has NO SIGNS stating that you cannot carry a gun inside, COSTCO hyped this up so much yet they cannot prove their side of the story at all! Listen to the LVMPD dispatch tapes! METRO treated this as an ACTIVE SHOOTER SITUATION which is was not!

Metro screwed up on this BIGTIME! I say this with over 6 years of law enforcement experience behind me! All they had to do was observe Scott, let him get into his vehicle and drive away and then pull him over on a street and do a felony traffic stop which has more of a controlled environment rather than confronting someone at the ONLY EXIT and ENTRANCE to the building! Scott WAS NOT AN ACTIVE SHOOTER, nor was ANYONE in ANY DANGER by his actions! Notice it was not on camera too, REALLY?????

What more evidence does the public need? Officer Mosher stated that Costco had orally reiterated a No-Guns Policy to Mr. Scott. The evidence suggests that Erik Scott acted arrogantly (no surprise) and did not comply with specific instructions. What exactly is the debate or unfairness?

If the Erik Scott attorney is really honest and ethical then what is his record of defending others in similar situations? Case closed. Check mate.

Erik Scott is no different than your typical arrogant white-collar Nevada professional who believes that laws and rules do not apply to them unless such rules and laws are convenient.
