My recommendation will be to drain it, dredge it out and then restock,

That can only occur after the department accumulates enough money to finance the work. It may take as long as two years to achieve.

That it would be fiscally unsound to invest in restocking the lake elmer now because another algae bloom could occur and wipe them out before the fish were a catch able size.

Lake Elmer was a great fishery that attracted fishermen from a wide area. 3 miles nw of Kingfisher Okla.
