Fascinating and useful discussion, which interests me. How does buzzing the mouthpiece compare with the leadpipe. Kristian Steenstrup seems to focus on buzzing the music, while Greg Spence (Mystery to Mastery) works quite a lot on the leadpipe with reference to Bill Adam's teaching. I can play the descending scales but that ascending third is a good challenge - just trying it now. Thanks so much for these videos. Regards

I think they work different aspects on one's playing....almost like apples and oranges.....they don't have to be mutually exclusive..... also, I like the principal of trying things out, and if they help great, and if they don't, .....
