This man is so beautiful although I hate seeing him in his drug days because he looks so fragile. You just want to hug and kiss him and make it all better. I love this song, one of my many favorite Bowie tunes. I LOVE the last picture of him, he's so photogenic.
Actually, "I Don't Want to Go Down to the Basement" is way closer to this song than "Loudmouth". The section from 0:08 to 0:18 in "I Don't Want to Go Down to the Basement", which is repeated several more times in the song, is exactly the same as the main riff in this song, except in a different key.
