  • So, ilmaestro, why do you torture yourself by listening to singers you don't like? And upset people who enjoys listening to Mr. Wixell? Listen to the artists you like instead! I wouldn't dream of looking up the singers I DON'T want to listen to.

  • Actually Wixell's voice was very large. I heard him in production's with Pavarotti and Domingo and many other tenors. He always dominated them. He had a unique sound which you may not like, but don't fool yourself he had a real big voice.

  • No me cabe duda que, a mi opinión, Pavarotti estuvo en la plenitud de su voz en los ochentas; esta ópera y el disco Passione me lo indican, sin duda.
