I remember my sisters who were into Chubby Checker and the ''Twist; trying their best to teach their kid brother ( me ) the finer points of how to use a hula hoop. It's really something when I recall that so many of my favourite toys were made by ''Wham-O''.

Were any of them paid more than $25. each? Dang. I also worked for them at places like the county fair showing off their shark and selling 'SeaMonkeys' which contrary to public opinion, did have frame built homes, rocking chairs and regular furniture, drove jetson style submarine cars, wore clothes including vests, played baseball, and smoked tabacco pipes! hehe NOT!! Yeah Sea Mokeys! Water Wiggles, Slip and Slide, SuperBalls, etc. FUN!... except those SuperBalls hurt!
