@musiclover63 Why such a different tuning?
-
how much did your harpsichord cost?
-
u r worthy of dat sweet instrument. one thing i c monotonous traditional performanzes, not dat the performer iz not good but unlike the davidians laks a innovative interpretation of the classics as if d player is afraids 2 attack da keyboard wit ruthlessness of coloratura. c wat i mean with this search: the devil's partita. i no shumann wud have bin pleased. otyherwize, awesom harpsickorda.

Modern Baroque tuning is generally accepted dat A = 415, half a step lower.
-
Pretty good, but you're harpsichord is pitched a halfstep lower. So, you're really in C# minor.
-
why do you slow down in the beginning of each and every phrase? I think it's okay if its sometimes but there is no surprise if its everytime.

So nice to hear a nice unhurried version in good Baroque taste =). Look forward to more!
That was good. By the way, your harpsichord is a half step flat.

Of coarse it's half step flat!. The A is at 415. The tuning is a Vallotti tuning. Make it sense for you?

You know, I love Flemish Harpsichords, because of their wide range of stops and timbres, the downside is thats they dont have all 63 keys of the French Harpsichords. You Harpsichord has a very quiet sound, what type is it/who made it?

It's a Mietke copy (german type harpsichord). Was made by a very friend of mine, William Horn. You can go to his site for more info. It's a wonderful instrument. Thanks for watching
