@MrZkr123 BNSF nor UP have any say in it. The tracks belong to San Diego Northern and the limit is 90 MPH.

@Megahammerheadshark during the del mar horse races and sometimes during thanksgiving, Amtrak brings out their older set of equipment (which is featured in the video). They used these sets before the surfliner existed. I got a video of this set in solana beach and the guy on the loudspeaker said "This is our older set of equipment, its not the double deckers you're used to". I sent you a video of it.

@ikolkyo967 these tracks are capable of 110? The only reason they wouldn't be allowed, is because of BNSF or UP not allowing it
