why must only foreigers pay an entrance fee of $5? Is that a kind of punishment because they are foreigeners.
Any foreigner can enter a christian church for free.

You will enjoy Bagan; The best time to go there is During OCT-JANUARY, U might need more than one day in Bagan, because there are so much to see. It's quite enjoyable if you go to Bagan from Mandalay by boat, so that you can enjoy the natural scenery along Irrawaddy river. Cheers:)
