I have to disagree with that last bit.

I can see Casca being understanding there, I mean HOLY FUCKING SHIT, they've gone through some seriousley fucked up trauma over the years.

I seriousley doubt that a little choking would even be a blip on her radar.

Even if she did care a little bit, after Guts apologised and explained why (FUCK ME, if thats not a valid excuse for loosing it for a moment, what is?) I think she'd get over it.

There's a difference between getting over it, and getting over it so quickly and so completely that you want to have sex again right after.

I don't expect that she'd hold it against him FOREVER, but you'd think it would've at least killed the mood for the rest of the day.

You're right. Caska really does react unnaturally well to the PTSD-induced rape (yeah, I'm calling it rape) and choke-hold, but I chalk that up to her being desperate to have one good sexual experience before the rescue attempt.

Honestly, I'm pretty stunned that she's made it as far as she has without being raped since the Eclipse. Luckily, it's one of the few things that can temporarily snap her out of her fog.

2nd sex was more about forgiveness, putting the past behind them, and making their relationship more sincere for both of their sakes. They both wanted to feel like they were honestly having sex for the first time, because the other time wasn't the real Guts. "Bu bu but, so soon!" Bugger off, will ya! We're talking about Midland and a world where Caska felt hopeless. She was more confused about the choking than anything else (note: arrows scars--she's a warrior, she can take it)
