This is exactly how I was trained when working for two different companies, a major banking institution and one of the largest American cell phone providers. It absolutely works, I believe it is called the 'yes momentum' the training stated that if you can get an individual to say yes three times in a row to a specific question pattern, they are putty in your hands(as so eloquently stated by Bagby in Trainspotting) "And The game was mine"
