The Instructional PAST video is a step by step overview of all the events required for the Physical Ability and Stamina test for Pararescue, Combat Control, Special Operations Weather, Tactical Air Control Party and SERE. Required minimums for each event is not indicated due to potential changes in the test - refers administrators to AFRS recruiting program guidance directives or www.afsoc.af.mil/specialtactics for AFSC specifics.
@riveron14 past requirements are always changing to make sure you excell physically. i would talk to a recruiter about the current requirements. I went in the first day talking to mine about special forces and he gave me a sheet with the standards.

i wanna join the usaf, but specially i want to be tacp,, ive read the past requirements, and theyre a lot different from what i did... example: when i did pushups, they said it was 65 in 2min.!!, i thought it was just 38 i believe, and the running test was 1.5m in less than like 10min. why aint it the same as in the usaf web page?

@Eirik36 Decline bench press twice a week. Day 1 do heavy weights, day 2 (usually 3 days after) do high reps, light weight. Give it a month and dude you will be pushin like a beast son.

@sethahatfield They removed the depth requirements for CCT. As I recall at least.

@hester23x Normal depth perception. If you haven't gone to MEPS yet research everything you can about the depth test because a lot of people get screwed by bad administration of the test (including myself). Just check the forums for what people have done to help pass the test but the most important thing is to no let the proctor rush you.... because they likely will and often always do.

@0513ebarry I was going TACP but then I took the MEPS depth perception test.... (now in Combat Comm-radar). Have fun.

@Eirik36 The non spec. forces minimums for the air force are nearly the same. The run will kill you if it's cold though.
