Description :
1- Project overview :
It-school is web application which allow users to go on with and it is focused and oriented to schools .
It can used to manage school and produce full administration to school which mean it is very usefull to the school and the benefits of project is to allow school admin ,teachers ,students , students gaurdian and restaurant employee to access the system .
Each user have it owen user type role so there is limit to each user except school admin
He have full permission to access all functions .
2- Technical overview :
It-school is a project based on drupal cms (content management system) as a core and it have developed to be usefull to schools as a management system .
Drupal is one of the famous cms and one of the most common used cms .
It is very secured and it is have community in allover the world to develop it .
It-school have developed to be full administration system oriented to schools .
3- Project functions :
It is helpful to administrate and manage School by users ,each one can access with his account to work with the system .
• School admin :
This account almost owened by one user , he create and administrate all other accounts
and he can active or inactive users or delete accounts which mean he have full permission to all functions .
• Teacher :
School admin register this account and deliver username and password to teacher .
By this account teachers can manage exams , subjects ,urls , library books absence and students degree .
Also one of teachers role is to upload files (subjects lecture) .
• Students :
School admin register this account and deliver username and password to student .
By this account students can view exams date , view subjects degree ,borrow
books ,view urls and view meal time .
• Students gaurdian :
School admin register this account and deliver username and password to gaurdian .
By gaurdian account they can see child degree .
• Restaurant employee :
School admin register this account and deliver username and password to employee .
Can add restaurant quantity , pull restaurant quantity and add new eat type.
4- Project guidelines :
- To login to your account click "login" or "تسجيل دخول" .
Type your username and password
- To log out from your account click "logout" or "تسجيل خروج"
- Click links from side menu to go throw project sections .
5 -- How it works :
- Log as school admin .
- To add new teacher click on "Teacher register" then registration form will appear
Fill data in fields .
- To add new student click on "Student register" then registration form will appear
Fill data in fields .
- To add new gaurdian click on "Gaurdian register" then registration form will appear
Fill data in fields .
- To add new restaurant employee click on " add rest admin" from "Restaurant" then registration form will appear fill data in fields .
- Assign new teacher to class by click link "add teacher to class" from " Teachers" .
- To see all books categories form link "Library " then choose book type .
- To edit books in library click on link " add and edit " from " Library " .
- To add new book click on "Add new book" from " Library " .
- To borrow book from library click on " Borrow link " from "Library" .
- From link URLs guide can see all categories to urls then can choose one of them .
- To add new URL click on " Add url " from "URLs guide" .
- Click on " edit delete url " from "URLs guide" to modify or delete exists url .
- To add new meal to the kitchen click on " Add meal " from "Kitchen" .
- To add meal date click on "Add meal date" from "Kitchen" .
- To add new quantity to restaurant eat type click on "Add rest quantity" from " Restaurant" .
- Add new eat type from link "Add eat type" from "Restuarant" .
- To pull quantity from restaurant eat type click on "pull quantity" from " Restaurant".
- Add new students absence from link "Add absence" from "Absence" .
- When teacher login he can upload subject file from link "Upload subject".
- When teacher login he can insert students degree from link "insert student degree".
- Students can view all uploaded subjects from link "Files list" .
