You have to buy the firewire module separately. It is about $600 on amazon.

Also, the meterbridge shows the levels of the audio and midi channels that we are working on the DAW, or just the levels of the analog inputs? As an example, I open up my ableton project and I have a channel with a couple of audio loops, can I see the level of it directly in the board meter?

Hey guys, I have a question, how can I plug this board to my macbook pro? Right now I have a M-Audio Project Mix I/O, and I'm using it as a firewire interface/DAW controller with Ableton Live. I heard about the interface module but I am fairly new to mixing board and this will be my first "real" mixing board, so I really have no idea of what that is xD Is there a firewire cable directly from the back of the board into my mac?
