Ruby Throated Hummingbirds in September 2009 in Mississippi. Watch carefully and you will see how aggressive these little animals are! They are eating all they can getting ready to fly across the Gulf of Mexico NON-STOP!

  • @malin823 We have only had a couple of scouts so far...they are a little late coming in, I believe. Thanks for the comment!

  • Sorry so late replying. They are all gone now...but I leave one feeder up throughout the winter just in case there is a young one or an old one that hangs around.

  • They're so thick they look like BEES! Amazing!

    My Parents live in Madison, and planted a vermilion Canna lily that the hummers love. But you seem to be feeding a lot more birds than those Cannas are.
