IronKey Special Ops: Wash Test
The IronKey has been designed to be the world's most secure and rugged USB flash drive. It includes onboard hardware encryption to protect the gigabytes of files that can be stored on the device, and it has a rugged metal casing filled with an epoxy compound, making it both waterproof and tamperproof. A password is used to unlock the IronKey, and if an IronKey is lost or stolen, attempts to unlock or tamper with it will trigger a self-destruct sequence, ensuring data is kept confidential.

This IronKey Special Ops mission consists of putting the IronKey through a commercial washing machine and dryer several times, and then also taking it to the world's largest and most powerful industrial laundry machines. It was subjected to over 300 G's of force, 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and 1200 pounds per square inch of pressure.

Ironkey, the worlds only USB that can self-destruct, get washed like 1000 times, be crushed by a giant thing and still work, have a awsome design and look, made of actuall metals, and is super secure. Good job Ironkeyinc!

I'd imagine it would be perfect for the military organizations which handle sensitive information. It wasn't long ago that i heard on the news here in the UK that lost lots thousands of civilian bank details in the postal service. There was a big scare that these details could be found and exploited. They really should of had an IronKey. Actually anyone which handle extremely sensitive data should use an IronKey. Imagine if you lost that data. It could break you. Not if you had an IronKey...

Well, though I don´t trust what I see I still think it is billions times better then any other flash drive you can get, and I am going to get myself one when I am old enough to go to work, it seems like a good investment
