you'll get it right eventually--improper form performed safely is still a step closer to proper form. Evaluate what muscles are engaged for each movement and compare them to the video. But always be aware of what possible aids a fitness model has...and if possible, recreate them for yourself.

So don't give up if you're new to making a concerted effort to exercise for the first time. and ignore getfitdit...in his world, no one warns or tells anyone about anything...lol...what a cold selfish heinous world...lol...So basically, if you're not able to perform an exercise with the same precision as an exercise model evaluate why that is. Precision is a matter of practicing small approximation of the right muscle isolations...

lol...yeah, well, nice of you to say again, but i'm actually not all that bright...caring, yes, but intellingent...no...lol...i just want exercise newbies to cultivate an understanding of why certain exercise demonstrations can be performed with more precision than others in relation to props or location. When you're starting an exercise regime for the first time anything thrwart your effort and contribute to feelings of self-defeat.

sorry, my mistake, i left something out, the amount of effort u feel the need to go to to prove yourself right AND appear intelligent is rather pathetic
sorry, forgot to comment on ur rather pathetic need to appear intelligent last time...toodles!!

:) my line of reasoning is effortful, really? lol think i may be blushing -- not the more direct compliment, but needlessly flattering given, consision is largely a matter of observation...but i assure that was not cognitively taxing...lol...thinking actually doesn't hurt...lol...it's not strenuous for me sweetpea...but...i suggest you exercise the most important muscle in your body -- [cough-cough] ]your brain! Also congratulations for making it this far :) xo

U shouldn't speak on behalf of a faceless crowd. Some will notice the ground just-so-happens to be perfect for Swiss Ball exercises, while some won't. 1) My feeling is that over 50% won't make such an observation -- given the fine visual resolution(aka detail/level of acuity required to see it) of the floor. 2) Never ascribe a feeling-state to a stranger; it generally produces an unintended effect of pissing someone off (presuming you're an average person to begin with).

I was not distressed, but, admittedly, perhaps a little too liberal with my use of the CAPSLOCK button. Namaste Captain Presumption
