  • great review

this is without a doubt in my opinion in the top 5 greatest movies of all time.

    its such a perfect film

  • Classics are usually decided with how time treats them. After the years have passed, I don't see many people disagreeing with you.

  • simply a piece of art this film is absorbing from beginning to end. Not a film to watch again tho, its those sort which absorb u beacause every scene u dont know what will happen and it keeps u guessing constantly. The acting from Daniel Day Lewis is perfect, i didnt think he could top his role as the butcher in Gangs of New York but he certainly did

  • completley agree tbh

  • I didn't think it was the best film of the year, the acting was amazing- but the plot.. well I never saw one, or at least a "hardcore" plot.

  • Great Film

  • you cannot say that you liked this movie after the first time you watched it. to really take it in, you have to watch it at least twice maybe even 3 times. not as good as No Country, but probably more artistic and meaningful. THIS MOVIE IS A MASTERPIECE

  • i thought this movie was simplly AMAZING!

  • another mother

  • Saw this the other night. I was gripped right from the start, with the stark settings, atonal discordant soundtrack, the astonishing composition of the scenes, and of course DDL's acting (although there was noone in the cast I could fault). I've had it stuck in my mind, even been dreaming about some of the scenes. The moral paradoxes, the way it arouses mixtures of distrust, compassion, anger and revulsion at the actions of the characters is astonishing. A+ GO SEE THIS! Good review, as well ;)
