This is 4 months of practice. Walking up n down da stairs. Need to still get it more perfectly. More practice shud allow me to switch from walker to crutches.
Upwards: b4 i climb the wardboy adjusts the walker, to match the stair case inclination. once done i use my upper body to propel upwards by myself. The ward boy stands behind and holds da back legs of da walker just incase i use extra force infront and topple.
Downwards: We synchronize and I lift myself upwards, He positions my legs by holding a strap (tied earlier) to the back stair so i dont over /under shoot.
