What we all do when we get a panic attack is FIGHT it.( i still do and have to check myself) But the thing that keeps an adrenaline rush alive is tense fighting. We fear the feeling that fear brings. Most other illnesses are fought BUT anxiety is different. It HAS to be allowed to happen..accepted, even welcomed. Float towards it and let it pass thru you. This takes courage. BUT it works! It's a "haunted house" that doesn't actually exist.

@mojoelem I kno you commented three years ago, but I just seen this video and your comment and it hit me pretty hard. I've been dealing with panic attacks for years now, and after 2 years of not having an attack, I just had a BAD one 2 nights ago. I can't take these attacks anymore. And, I thank God right now that my boyfriend was laying next to me in bed when my attack hit. I'm pretty sure it was the worst one I've ever had. So, I really wanna thank you for saying that (that top rated comment).

I told my mom and dad when i started haveing anxiety attacks. I didn't know what they were at first but all I could describe is losing feeling of my body not being able to breath and getting dizzy. So my parents now know but my dad hates me for them. He thinks I am a freak. I can't do half the things I want to do. And when I have an anxiety attack with my dad he only yells at me and it gets worse. FUCK HIM
And don't be afraid to tell your mum. Mum's care deeply and want to help. Sometimes they might not understand but they will eventually. Its important to share this with people who are close as they can support you... Let me know your email address and I will send you a book to read about this condition.
Take care... It's OK. Just know there is nothing wrong with you its completely normal.

Hey Chloe,
Don't worry... Its completely normal... Heres a tip when you feel an attack coming on I want you to talk to it... Ask it to give it's worst ask it to do as much damage as it can. If you do this it will go away.
