Barbie Comes Out on Top in Bratz Battle

Isn't it Kinda Funny, How Mattel "DECIDES" To bring up that MGA Entertainment "copied" Bratz from Mattel, like.. 7 years after they were already on shelves? I would think if it was Mattel's Original Idea, They would bring it up, the SECOND Bratz Came Out O.o?
