World Vision is a CIA cover organization that has a history of being involved in mind control.

Cho shot himself twice in the chest and once in the head. Very odd way to shoot yourself, don't you think?

Also, Cho obviously had help with recording himself, judging by the framing, etc of the film.

A Korean film called 'Old Boy' had scenes that were very similar to some of the poses struck by Cho in his photos. They use fiction (films, books, etc) quite a bit in mind control. You'll know why if you have researched mind control to the extent that I have. The shooter of Ronald Reagan believed he was the character in Taxi Driver (one of my favourite movies, btw). He was also a World Vision employee, just like the shooter of John Lennon.

Both the .22 caliber semiautomatic and 9-millimeter Glock supposedly used by Cho, had the serial numbers filed off. This is odd because a person that knows they're going to die isn't going to be very concerned with concealing their identity.

The Northern Illinois University Gunman used same Web dealer as Cho used to buy his guns. (Why not? They had the same handlers.)

The cops didn't move in for hours (just like Columbine) so that there would be a decent death toll.

VT, as well as almost every other mass shooting in modern history was directly engineered by elements of the government. I'll lay out some of the facts.

Firstly, there were pictures that surfaced on the internet showing Cho Seung-Hui in a USMC uniform. The USMC, along with the CIA, were the pioneers in mind control and were heavily involved in Project MK ULTRA. The purportrator of the first major mass shooting in America in 1966, Charles Whitman, was a Marine Corps sniper.
