My First Carrara 6 Terrrain Animation

30 second render with Carrara 6 Terrain Wizard. it too 33 minutes to render with a Dual Core AMD X2 5200 with a Radeon x1950 pro graphic card. 200x160 and 36dpi resolution. I've had Carrara 6 for about a week and its been a blast. whew!

yeah this is the default terrain from Carrara, but he animated it -_- (camera move)

yep, as a CGI noob, it was still relatively easy to do...the learning curve isnt as scary as i first thought it was. next step modelling and animation...LOL

I have Carrara 6 and Maya unlimited. I end up using Carrara all the time because it can use poser and 3ds files. I got a ton of models. Its also a lot easier to use.

carrara5 pro is free too, unlike costly autodesk

i think CArrara is easier to work than any other program( 3dsmax, etc) !

it tooks a little time to create nice movies! and movies as hot as hELL!

have you tried rendering again with 72 dpi or even 300 to get more sharper and clear video?"

Well than I'm kinda farther than you :)),,, but its hard too, and don't give up, and remember dont do the same mistake as me (dont render more than 1min MAX)

have fun with Carrara, i thinks is really cool and just wow to them, and I'll be of for 3 months (my vacation) so have fun!
