When Giuliani stepped down, he needed a warehouse. Under an unprecedented agreement that didn't become public until after he left office, Giuliani secreted out of City Hall the written, photographic and electronic record of his eight years in office — more than 2,000 boxes.

Giuliani is scary. See my video to see how scary he truly is.

I don't mean to play devil's advocate, but since when did anybody trust a single thing written in the Village Voice? I mean, it's great if you're looking for "hot singles in your area waiting by their phones for you to call," and it has good concert listings and entertainment reviews. But, let's be honest. The Voice is like the New York Post only for broke braindead NYU students of a liberal bent (the post being for rich braindead NYU graduates of a kill-everybody-in-the-world bent).

The village voice reported on this twice in december of 2002 when the agreement was originally signed and in 2005 when he started to release them Ghouliali's theft of public documents

Could you provide a link to a news story which says that Giuliani asked for his records to be sealed and put it in the information box of the video? I know Giuliani may have 'cleansed' his files, but I don't know if the records are sealed.
Google "Giuliani's Theft of Public Documents"

Based on a quick google search, I find no validation of the claim that Rudy had his records sealed.
