Democratic Congressman George Miller, 7th District California, speaks on the House-Senate Reconciliation Bill for Higher Education passed following the Health Care Bill. The Democratic Party Leadership is speaking to the mass movement of youth, educators, and workers which came out March 4th in defense of public education.
