Hearing on Tillman Fratricide: Waxman's Questions

The Oversight Committee holds a hearing, "The Tillman Fratricide: What the Leadership of the Defense Department Knew." The hearing is part of an ongoing investigation and follows a previous hearing held in April. Witnesses will include former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Former Commander of U.S. Central Command Gen. John P. Abizaid (Retired), Former Chair of Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers (Retired), Former Commander of U.S. Special Operations Command Gen. Bryan Douglas Brown (Retired). Gen. Kensinger has been served with a subpoena, but has not been able to be located over the past several days and will not appear. Chairman Waxman questions witnesses on a memo he received early on indicating that it was likely a case of fratricide.

@fallonf Dont worry. ALOT of people are aware of this crap that goes on .The only way the gov will stay in Iraq and Afganistan is through force , outright lies , deception, intimidation , misinformation... Unless we personally go to Washington and throw them out, not vote, things will not change for realistically speaking; they do have the upper hand ,money and arms. Thats why they are slowly but surly eroding all our constitutional rights through propaganda for "terrorism" for status quo.

i would agree jarhead. yes, on one hand, it was afew years after the incident happend, but its not as if PAT TILLMAN's death was as inconfuckingspicuous as any other infantryman's death given his pre-military status in this country. So, this guy either is losing his recolection for all matters in life, or, as ctb put it, he's just a professional liar...i'll side with ctb, Gen...your not that damn old yet...
