The National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee met in Oakland and Berkeley May 6-8, 2011 for it's planning meeting. Northern California war tax resistance groups were the local organizers. The Saturday night event was a combination of speakers, singers, and the annual granting session of the People's Life Fund, a war tax resistors escrow account that funds various peace and social justice organizations from refused war taxes. www.nwtrcc.org and www.nowartax.org Francisco Herrara sings
