Haha the enemy lol Its 12k a month. You can find cheaper, but they are usually smaller and often MUCH dirtier. Some come with a tv, frige, internet, bed ect, Some come with some of it, some come with none. MOST come with all of it and you pay electric only. You can also find alot of places that you split with a roomate or moe, i have friends who share places with 4-5 other people. Most places are similar to this one from what I hae seen when lookign for a place.
