  • Wrong. (high quality) Fish oil works extremely well for depression and anxiety. I speak from personal experience, I used to have them both pretty bad. Exercise may help, but not much if you have an omega 3 deficiency. Fish oil and exercise together are the cure for mental problems, imo. And proper diet, of course.

  • Fish oil doesn't work for depression, maybe bipolar is super high dose. The best treatments are cardio exercise, therapy, SAM-E and antidepressants.
