  • I think they were just showing everyone that you don't have to be AKA to have hair or be pretty because pledging AKA does not guarantee you're gonna be cute...

  • These ladies did an excellent job!! Congrats to them!

I wish all of the comments were more focused on the great job they did rather than on the B.S. fighting between AKA and DST.

Where is the greek love? Those who serve their communities as well as AKA and DST do not have time for such foolishness.

And last time I checked, it was ok to say congrats to neos even if they are from a different org.

It IS the classy thing to do...

  • Sadly, I agree. Sorors should not be hair flipping. That's not us. This show was GREAT without all that. Other than that... nice job ladies! Very nice!!

  • Hair tossing is an AKA trait... I just don't understand why Deltas do that stuff in public. It sorta validates their point of being imitated but never duplicated. I wish the ladies of DST would remain consistent with their own traits instead of "trying to be real pretty and acting real cute!"

  • white people can. I lost the rest of my comment because it was to long but the main point is this... What other people do has nothing to do with you, but what you say about it can have more effects than you know. It is so petty to sit here and down this organization. FYI what you say affects the future as it can negatively affect young minds such as mine. I wish I could change this judgmental world, but one comment can't save all of these corrupt mentalities.

  • I'm 16 years old. After reading some of these comments I am very disappointed in how ignorant the world is. My older sister is a delta and I also plan to pledge. It is a sisterhood. A sisterhood of human beings. Some fight and some love. And what I hated the most to see is comments about hair. Some black people have long hair. Some don't. Some white people have long hair. Some don't. Extensions are a mean of style. And FYI black people can straighten their hair with a flat iron just as any whit

  • wow this is amazing! you guys are an exemplary example of what DST is supposed to look like. I really appreciate this... I am non greek as of right now but I have a lot of respect for you guys

  • @kre8ed2bh8ed What I know about proper English is that you can't speak it. You seem very ghetto go read a book. I am habesha and was born in the birthplace of civilization but live in the United States. Your slave ass has been here for how long and you can't form a proper sentence so you use cuss words instead. Im guessing you are a Delta since you are getting so offended.

  • @Senoritahoneybun Black people like you are in denial I attend my sisters and I attend and have attended HBCU's and on every campus it is the same thing the se orgs throw parties and hate on eachother. On several occasionsI have witnessed these orgs get into physical altercations with eachother ( AKA vs DELTA) (DELTA vs ZETA) alot of these orgs function as collegate gangs. MAybe back in the day they were more about helping the community but not now.

  • @kre8ed2bh8ed "Learn u something" is not proper english try again!
