Hello on this Wednesday, March 19, 2008. I'm Rebecca Field with today's UPI entertainment update.

Heath Ledger's family members are reportedly at odds over the handling his estate. People magazine reports the late actor's uncles are concerned about Ledger's father Kim controlling his assets. They tell the publication Kim has a track record of mishandling money in the past...He was apparently removed as the executor of their grandfather's estate several years ago. The actor's uncles say they just want to know his daughter Matilda will be taken care of. Ledger died in January of an accidental prescription drug overdose.

Meanwhile, the entertainment industry is mourning the loss of another film great. Oscar winning writer and director Anthony Minghella died yesterday at the age of 54. He reportedly passed away in a London hospital from a hemorrhage that resulted from a recent routine surgery. Minghella worked on several big movies like "The English Patient," "Cold Mountain," and "The Talented Mr. Ripley."

Halle Berry is now revealing her new baby's name. The actress and her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have named their daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. Nahla was born Sunday morning but Berry says they didn't pick her name until they left the hospital. The actress tells "Access Hollywood" they wanted to meet her before they chose a name.

Miley Cyrus is changing the name she was born with...now officially. The singer and actress reportedly filed papers in an LA court recently to change her name from her birth name Destiny Hope Cyrus to Miley Ray Cyrus. She apparently got the nickname from her father country star Billy Ray Cyrus...he used to call her "Smiley Miley" when she was a baby.

Stars gathered in London last night to honor the success stories of people with a troubled past. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow was at "The Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards"...she presented an award to a young man, once addicted to drugs who has set up a business to help others involved with substance abuse. Oscar winning actor Kevin Spacey was there as well, along with British actors Charlie Cox and Richard E. Grant. Several other awards were given to people who have fought homelessness and unemployment with the help of charity.

That's all for now. Tune in tomorrow for another update.
