The service has been reliable and there are never any surprises on my bill. The lack of a contract gives you so much flexibility that you really never have to worry about anything. If you don’t like it, which will not be the case, you can always go back. You can’t say the same for a lot of the major carriers that lock you in on phones and plans.
Tracfone works and it works well. @Dallastexascop I haven't had a reason to call the customer service desk, but I'm glad they took care of you and sent your a free phone. That really puts my mind at ease if something happened. Still, it's not like I couldn't just buy another phone again. They're so cheap with Trafone!
I love this phone. Mine screwed up, I called customer service, they did their best, but its unrepairable, so I got a new one sent free! Thanks Tracfone
Tracfone is an amazing provider. I just bought into tracfone not to long ago and already see the advantages of the service. With Tracfone we have great service on our family phone and never have to worry about a long tedious contract. Also tracfones seem to work everywhere. With other providers i was used to bad service and dropped calls. With tracfone i am starting to get used to top knotch service with out dropped calls.
This Motorola from Tracfone is a really good little phone. A handy, cheap way to stay in touch and with no ongoing commitment to a contract. I have found that I have had great reception wherever I have been.
Tracfone are an amazing prepaid cellphone provider. They are even cheaper than you think - if you buy a 60minute card then you actually get 120minutes (that is 60minutes for free). I have used them for over a year now and have found the service to be great and as yet I have never dropped a call. It is ideal not being locked into a contract and being in control of my own cellphone
I heard Tracfone uses the AT&T network? How are they able to use such a reliable network and not have to pay some sort of huge premium? The phones all look like reliable models, but do they have any smart phones? The unlimited plan looks great and I see there’s free shipping online. Someone please answer my questions!
@dolphan127 Gee I had no idea. I think that I'll also buy the special where you get a whole year's worth of service and get 600 minutes for only 99.99. That pretty much takes care of my cell phone needs for pretty much four or five months and comes down to less than 25 dollars per month. Cheap cheap!
@CollegeGirlFL83 Yeah I used tracfone all the way through college because they didn't charge me with any hidden fees and I could pick how many minutes I needed and pay only for that. PLus they have some great deals for the holidays so now is a great time to join up.
i used to have this phone. until it broke in half when it fell down the stairs
