Preparing for Longevity: Women Living the Longest Life: Part 2, August 9, 2008 conversation hosted by Judson Park, Cleveland, Ohio. An open conversation with multiple intergenerational perspectives focused on the value women bring throughout their lives to those around them. How does a 16 year old think about their life 80 years from today? At 16, we don't think about one day at a time; we think that at 90 we will be dead. There is room for everyone young and old, and for the old to add value to young people's lives. At late 80's still wish to contribute to life, to participate in sports as well as share life long experiences. Age happens: the spirit is willing but the body is slow. Stories of personal experiences about what it means to age and how to prepare for continuation of living.
