Here's another video from the concert at the Corning Museum of Glass, Corning, NY, June 5, 2010! I'm on the piano, John Funkhouser is on bass, and Steve Silverstein is on drums.

This song is from my Quantum Leap album and has the self-explanatory title of "Couch Potato Blues."

  • Its sounds great! Beautifful rhythm ... regards from spain!

  • Now THAT is what music really ought to be. Too often we are attacked by the invading forces of corporate pop-tarts pretending to sing along to pre-programmed "music" and nobody shows any real talent. It's really quite sad.

However, seeing people my age showing not only interest but significant talent on a technically demanding instrument really brings me back from the brink of losing faith in humanity.

In short this is great, it really swings!

It reminds me a bit of an old Dave Brubeck album...

  • i've recently discovered you, and i already admire your work. it feels really smooth and natural. You made my day with the coach potato blues.

    keep it real matt !!

  • great

  • rocking it as usual i see.
