Caillou
He turned up in the animal shelter, and they called Mickaboo— He was kept in a very small cage siting on top of the rooster cage. His left wing has an old injury and right foot has congenital abnormalities. He could not stretch his wing and stand on little perch in the cage. He was thin and his throat was very irritated. A kind Mickaboo volunteer took him right to the vet for medical treatment. He is all well now. He loves to see himself in the mirror and sings, waiting for his buddy to show up with him.

He has been happily adopted and with his real buddy together. June4, 2008

  • omg thats soo sad! bless his little heart!!!

  • He is sooo adorable!!! Any idea how old he is? He may have some physical defects but overall he's a really handsome cockatiel with a nice face. Based on the video alone, you can't tell that he was not in great health when you got him, so it looks like you've done a good job with helping him recover. I've got 2 cockatiels of my own, such wonderful birds! Cute video...
