Mombasa Municipal Council exels in tree planting

The Mombasa Municipal Council has been named the best council involved in tree planting this year. The Total Eco Challenge award of 2009 was awarded to the council for planting more than one million trees in a period of less than six months

1. They do not find pple innocent or guilty because they deal with peronal matters not crime. 2. Non-muslims cannot be "found guilty" by the courts because for a dispute to be arbitrated by the Kadhi's courts as stipulated in the constitution since independence must both parties be muslim. Apologies to you arabs?You crazy dude!Take that kadhi back to madina buddy and see if you can bring sanity where everyone wants to fight everyone.Where in arab world does this type of courts bring stability if not dictatorship?You should first tell kenyans what islam is in the first place so as others can form and register themselves and enjoy the same privileges as the kadhis if ever they entrenched in the new constitution!
