Hey look, I just came from Phila., I just had a Mama's cheesesteak. For me it is a pilgrimage, a Phila suburban boy's hajj, to return to whence I was spawned to eat of my native fruits, vegetables, and many cheesesteaks. I did my duty, and chowed down.

I know what they do in Phila. It is sacred, and I worship at Mama's Pizzeria on Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd.

I have taken the best knowledge, taught my "Peeps" at Joe Peep's, and I invite you all to compare.

Yes, do like me, and cross country on a cheesesteak extravaganza.

Its in...a box. You ate it w/ a knife...and fork. Thats an LA pizzasteak, not a Philly cheesesteak. #1 It must be purchased within the city limits of Philadelphia. #2 cheese and steak are the ingredients, fried onions are permited and recommended. that is all.

It looks good but it's not a Philly Cheese steak it's a pizza steak. A tradition philly cheesesteak has steak cheese and onions or any combination of the to. wit or witout. The ingredients are good quality so you need to smother it with a bunch of condiments.

That is a pizza steak and if it's toasted it's a (grinder) A philly steak is steak,chesses,fried onions or not. Thats it. Mine is usually Wit, Wiz. or Wit provolone.

You have marinara sauce, therefore you have what is called a pizza steak....It's not that hard man. When you order an ACTUAL Philly cheesesteak it comes with steak, cheese, and onions or no onions..THATS IT.
