I am the guy in his video - it was a lot of pain shooting this video but a lot of fun before and after and the pay wasn't too bad. (Can say that now the producers have split up)!
The telephone shots didn't hurt at all. I wore a little padding and it felt like a little slap is all. The first kick was the worst, I was meant to swing back with her foot but didn't and Lucy's pointy shoe tip pressed my left testicle awfully. Was down for ages. The rest were all lighter except 37s, both testes.
