This is footage shot with the Olympus PEN E-PL1 which accompanies my full review over at the Boston Tech Gear column.
The HD quality using the included 14-42mm lens was very good, and the camera was super easy to operate. Lots of noise is introduced during zooming, but normally you wouldn't do this during the record process or you would edit it out in post. Contrast detect autofocus worked well, but throws the recording completely out of focus during operation. This is how most SLR-type cameras handle autofocus operation and should be expected. Overall, the E-PL1 product great quality video from a compact Micro Four Thirds camera.
Hey what were your settings Thanks ?

Nice! And if you pick up the m.zuiko 9-18 or 14-150, the autofocus on those is really fast and silent. Manual focus legacy lenses are also great for video and are quite cheap.
