But we can stop a hunger crisis in the Sahel. Working together with our partners on the ground, WFP aims to reach more than 9 million people with life-saving food.

Right now, we're targeting the most vulnerable -- young children and pregnant or nursing mothers -- with nutritious food to help prevent the devastating effects of malnutrition.

Will you stand between a woman or child and hunger today? $50 helps us provide food for the next 100 critical days. Make a donation today: http://bit.ly/Jp5mLN

One thing you can do is build pipelines to bring water into the areas that need it most from either rivers or the ocean. The ocean water can be desalinated. In the Mojave desert in the USA we have a pipeline that can transfer 25 billion gallons of water a year. You can do something besides sitting around and begging for help. If it was Europeans living there they would already have stuff like that and other things built. Think and build. Do something or stop reproducing.

You act like only Africans had obstacles. What is your excuse for Ethiopia wich has never been colonized? What about the European countries that were shit on by other European empires the same way? They turned out to be beautiful prosperous countries. When do the excuses end and the progress begin? Never at this rate.

its an aqueduct. and shifting sands that are common in sahel that borders sahara can greatly reduced a potential bidding for a new aqueduct to be built.

what I dont understand is that you call yourself an atheist which means you dont believe in God then you also say God gave you a brain.

If God supposedly created me, he gave me a brain.

Then, IF, he gave me that brain, I used it to become an atheist.

    What don't you understand?

That makes no sense to say God gave you a brain, then say you are an atheist, which means you dont believe in Him.

God gave me a brain to become an atheist. . .

I have very much doubt about what this "God" can do.

God can do anything but considering how much scamming goes on in Africa, perhaps God wants them to repent and then He will bless them.

I don't care what you say, you're a racist, pure and simple. There are no scientific facts that prove ANY difference between black people and white people, other than their skin colour. You can choose to ignore the fact that there are plenty of very intelligent, non violent black people in the world, I don't care. The reason that a lot of black people in America are violent is because of the living conditions they are born into, whites would be the same way under the same conditions.
